1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WP Flora's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

WP Flora provides WordPress and Shopify speed optimization, Core Web Vitals fixes, and maintenance retainers. The specific deliverables, timelines, and guarantees (where applicable) will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal prior to the commencement of any work.

3. Client Responsibilities

To provide our services effectively, you agree to grant us necessary access to your website infrastructure (e.g., WordPress admin, Shopify collaborator access, hosting panel, DNS). We will handle these credentials securely and strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the service.

4. Refunds and Guarantees

Our Core Web Vitals service comes with a pass guarantee, contingent upon a prior audit of your infrastructure. If we determine your infrastructure is inadequate (e.g., extremely poor shared hosting), we will advise you before taking payment. If we fail to pass the Core Web Vitals on an approved setup, we offer a full refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WP Flora, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
